Grand Canyon National Park – July 1989 – our hike from the South Rim to the Colorado river and our overnight stay at Phantom Ranch. We stayed at the Bright angel Lodge the night before and took the South Kaibab Trail down to the bottom and the Bright Angel trail back to the South Rim.

went to the Grand Canyon NP, AZ with kids…

WOW! it’s breathtaking and stupendous…
animals are docile and fearless to man and cars!
so you gotta watch out for them…
slept in Motel 6, Flagstaff then to Tusayan…
we walked from parking lot A to Bright Angel Trail Head to Yavapai Point…
no guard rails so no horse playing around and take camel backs, it’s very hot during Summer, and a soft walking shoes.

planning to visit again and take a HD camcorder next time around to record in HD.
it’s nothing like a real thing,
enjoy…
